SYNVERIQ
About

Building software that fits businesses — not the other way around.

SYNVERIQ is an independent, founder-led software studio helping organisations replace fragmented workflows, disconnected systems and repetitive manual work with software designed around the way they actually operate.

01 — Mission

Turning fragmented, manual and disconnected work into systems a business can actually operate.

Technology is not the starting point. The starting point is the work itself — who performs it, where delays occur, which decisions matter and what the organisation needs to improve. Software is designed only after that context is understood, and only where custom development is genuinely justified.

02 — Philosophy

Eight principles that shape every engagement.

01

Why SYNVERIQ exists

Software projects rarely fail because a framework was chosen incorrectly. They fail when the business problem is misunderstood or responsibility becomes fragmented.

02

Technology is not the starting point

The starting point is the work: who performs it, where delays occur, which decisions matter. Software is designed only after that context is understood.

03

Designed around real operations

Custom software becomes relevant when spreadsheets, manual approvals or rigid platforms create cost, errors or operational risk.

04

Engineering before hype

Business software may remain in use for years. Choices are evaluated for maintainability, ecosystem maturity, security and operating cost.

05

Simplicity is a feature

The objective is not to maximise features. It is to reduce unnecessary work and make important actions easier to perform correctly.

06

Transparency over theatre

Software projects contain uncertainty. Communication should not. Scope, risks and changes stay visible throughout the engagement.

07

Founder-led delivery

Direct involvement in discovery, technical direction and client communication. Specialists may join transparently, with one clear point of responsibility.

08

Long-term independence

Clients should continue because the partnership creates value — not because the system is impossible to transfer to another team.

03 — What to expect

What clients can expect.

Direct communication
Realistic planning
Documented decisions
Maintainable delivery
Security considered from the beginning
Clear ownership terms
A defined path from discovery to support
Transparent limitations
04 — Candour

What we do not pretend.

We do not present a small studio as a large agency, invent project numbers or promise certainty where none exists. We prefer precise commitments and transparent limitations — it makes the work easier to plan against.

05 — Founder

SYNVERIQ was founded as a SASU in France, built around a simple idea: software should be shaped around how a business actually works, not the other way around.

Viktorija Smolina founded the company and directs it today, leading client communication, technical direction and delivery.

“One point of contact, from the first conversation to long-term support.”

Let's build software that works the way your business works.

Whether you are planning a new application, modernising an existing system or automating an operational process, the first step is to clarify the problem and determine whether custom development is justified.
